A read-only cross-platform CLI that measures idle and loaded latency, grades bufferbloat and prints an actionable report.
It measures idle latency first, then loaded latency; the gap between them is the bufferbloat.
What it cares about
- Read-only end to end: no config written, safe to run on someone else’s machine
- Printing a conclusion and a suggestion instead of a wall of raw numbers
